How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed in 1 to 3 business days. Delivery in the United States takes 7 to 15 business days. Every order gets a tracking number by email.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is free on orders of $49 or more. Orders under $49 ship for a flat $8.95 in the US or $11.95 to other countries.
What is the return policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return on unused items in their original packaging. Damaged or wrong items are replaced or refunded in full. Email support@caldrene.com to start.
Is checkout secure?
Yes. Checkout is handled by Shopify with SSL encryption and supports Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and all major cards. We never see or store your card details.
