How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed in 1 to 3 business days. Delivery in the United States takes 7 to 15 business days. You get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is free on orders of $49 or more. Orders under $49 ship for a flat $8.95 in the US or $11.95 to other countries.
How do you choose what you sell?
We only list products that customers have already bought and come back for. If a piece stops earning reorders or good reviews, it leaves the store.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Yes, to most countries. International delivery takes 10 to 20 business days, and shipping is $11.95 or free on orders of $49 or more. Duties, where they apply, are paid by the recipient.
What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items should be unused and in their original packaging. Email support@caldrene.com with your order number to start.
My order arrived damaged. What now?
Email support@caldrene.com within 7 days with your order number and a photo. We send a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
