Shipping policy

Caldrene ships to all 50 US states, APO/FPO addresses and most countries worldwide. Every order is tracked.

Shipping cost

Free standard shipping on orders of $49 or more, to every destination we ship to.
United States, orders under $49: flat $8.95.
Other countries, orders under $49: flat $11.95.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or US public holidays begin processing the next business day.

Delivery time

United States: 7–15 business days after dispatch.
Other countries: 10–20 business days after dispatch.

These are carrier estimates, not guarantees; weather, peak seasons, customs and remote areas can add a few days.

Customs and import taxes

US orders have no import charges. For other countries, any import duties or taxes set by the destination country are paid by the recipient.

Tracking

We email your tracking link as soon as your order ships. Allow 2–5 days for the first scan to appear. You can also check the Track Your Order page.

Multiple packages

Items in one order may ship from different warehouses and arrive separately, at no extra cost.

Wrong address or failed delivery

Please check your address at checkout. If a package is returned because of an incorrect address, we'll contact you to arrange a reship (additional postage may apply).
